Hi, I’m Gemma Douglas.
At 22, I was given a book called Mind Power, and it sparked a shift in how I saw my own potential. It opened my eyes to the control we have over our own lives, leading me on a journey inward. Confronting respiratory challenges that once felt inevitable, I immersed myself in research, training, and discomfort, ultimately reclaiming control over my health and well-being.

I specialize in breathwork and nervous system regulation, using the breath as a remote control to shift states, enhance resilience, and optimize performance. My approach integrates cold immersion, movement, visualization, and breath-based testing to drive real physiological and psychological change. Through meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), structured goal setting, and breath science, I help people harness the transformative power of their breath to regulate stress, improve focus, and build a strong, adaptable nervous system.
