Taught by certified Wim Hof Instructor Gemma Douglas, you will be guided through the fundamentals of the Wim Hof Method. In this workshop we will be immersed in the three pillars of this method, covering the health benefits and taking part in cold immersion, breathwork and mindset training.

By experiencing the workshop, you will be well equipped to begin or improve your daily practice in the Wim Hof Method and will come away with the tools and education to understand how you can influence your own physiology.

Practical components:

Guided Breathing Session: A powerful guided Wim Hof Method Breathwork experience where you will go deep into a state of physiological change and meditation.

Cold Immersion: A 2 minute cold immersion is encouraged here, but not compulsory.
